Phase 2: Launching The Moon Project® – Setting Direction
In this phase, The Moon Project® helps you articulate a vision that will ignite inspiration and fuel your commitment to create results. We will assist you with articulating a clear, compelling and achievable vision for your organization, and, together, we will explore the commitment necessary for ensuring your vision is brought to life and your organization reaches new levels of economic and human success.
After you have an idea about what you would like to see happen, we help launch The Moon Project® in your organization. We create the conditions that will establish the values, intentions and permissions necessary to release the organization's creative collaboration by:
- Uncovering the unique individual and collective Leadership BrandTM values that will serve as the decision-making compass to guide your organization's leadership community
- Conducting focus groups or meetings with staff to invite them to declare the potential they see in the organization
- Fostering constructive discussion between team members to build the commitment and accountability that will transform the vision into reality
The Launch StepTM
When the appropriate time comes, sharing the plan with the entire organization by facilitating a formal launch ceremony can create a tremendous boost in enthusiasm for the new vision. Each ceremonial event is tailored to be unique to each organization and includes five essential elements:
