The Moon Project Leadership Coaching Program is an educational and inspiring coaching initiative focusing on some of the key leadership issues and development opportunities in today’s environment of great change. Through participation in the Moon Project Leadership Coaching Program, you will experience an inspiring coaching process customized to focus on the specific needs and objectives unique to you at this time in your leadership journey. Both personal and tele-coaching options are available.
The Moon Project Leadership Coaching Program encompasses coaching sessions over a designated timeframe that will ensure the success of the program objectives. In this process, we will:
- Explore your Passport of Purpose™
- Explore a process supporting you to connect with your own Leadership Brand™
- Implement a Creating Results Personal Accountability System™
- Provide powerful techniques tested in transformational leadership, including The Moon Project 5 Igniters™: Courage, Connectedness, Clarity, Commitment and Collaboration
You will also experience:
- The Meeting of the Minds™
The Meeting of the Minds™ is the first discovery process whereby you and your coach will determine the needs, objectives and outcomes for the coaching program. This includes The Meeting of the Minds™ questionnaire that you will complete and then review in your first session. The subsequent coaching sessions will focus on the specific objectives determined in The Meeting of the Minds™ and will incorporate specific Moon Project® Leadership Coaching Program™ tools and instruments.
- The Leadership Brand™
The Leadership Brand™ experience has been created for the purpose of distinguishing three or four unique leadership instincts that you possess. These instincts are explored by looking at your early years and distinguishing specific experiences where your leadership instincts were expressed. These “qualities” are then viewed from a present point-of-view in order to support you to become more conscious of engaging in activities where your natural leadership instincts align themselves with all aspects of your life where you can create greater value. This process will culminate in the creation of your personalized and framed Leadership Brand Artwork™.
- The Moon Project Vision Quest Process™
The Vision Quest Process™ is a one-year breakthrough vision and goal process that focuses on your most important personal and professional priorities. This process includes The Moon Project® Priorities Planner™, an accountability agreement between you and your coach that summarizes the priorities established at each coaching session.
- Profile Instruments
Various profile tools will help to identify specific keys into your self-leadership and communication style. They may also help to uncover blind spots and check personal assumptions relating to the dynamics experienced in interpersonal conflict. These profiles provide insights regarding time management and the application of unique creative gifts and abilities.
- The Voice Type Audit™
The Voice-Type Audit™ report identifies your personal “vocal” style and examines how you can more fully leverage your unique voice characteristics to obtain optimum results in your speaking roles.
